Thanjavur District AIBSNLPWA Executive Committee Meeting
An Executive Committee Meeting of Thanjavur AIBSNLPWA was conducted on 09-05-2017. The
meeting started exactly at 10.30hrs at
the CTO Complex building with a prayer song sung by Com.SP. Nearly 50 members participated in the meeting.
Com. AKD, District President presided over the meeting and
the District Secretary Com V.Swaminathan
conducted the proceedings . All Executive Members spoke on the occasion mainly about the unity of the district union and cases of 78.2%,new MRS without voucher procedures and IDA
elaborately.
Most of the speakers
emphasised on need of the unity among
members , the procedures to be streamlined in conducting the meetings with in the time
frame by adhering to strict time management and to utilise the high standards
of latest technologies. Some members suggested that to improve the membership
strength and for still better and effective functioning of our Association, a
branch at Pattukottai may be started so
that Thanjavur District Union would function still better in two places
Circle Office Bearers Com K.S.Krishnamurthy and Com C.V.Thangaiyan took active part in
the meeting and almost all the Executive
Members in spite of the scorching sun on
their heads, participated with more enthusiasm in the Executive Committee Meeting.
Healthy and elaborated
discussions and arguments took part in the meeting till evening and the meeting was concluded at 1700 hours. Thanjavur traditional and delicious
lunch was served with usual fervour.
