The Erode District AGB was held today 18.03.2017 at Telephone Bhavan Erode. 15 out of 23 members participated. Meeting began with paryer song by com.P.Namachivayam .
Welcome
address by Com. Ramachandran. DS and
Treasurer submitted their report and got approved.
A Lot of discussions about 78.2% ,
pension anomaly,. 7th CPC and 3rd PRC were discussed in detail.
The following have been elected as
office bearers for next term.
District President Com.B.Narsimhamoorthy,
District Secretary Com.S.Eswaran and
District Treasurer Com.K.Ramachandran.
Two of our members have got their arrears of 78.2%.
Mainly one pending case with Circle the spouse name change of com. Namachivayan. STR
case Kalyanam SDE 78.2 who retired in Erode STR. Kindly do needful.
Vote of thanks given our new member V.Velappam, DGM(Retd) Chennai.
It is also decided to conduct meetings regularly once in two months that too on second Saturday with out fail.
Meeting was concluded with lunch at hotel.
